This is a response for a wonderful young adult in my life, Kylie Kuzyk. If I had a daughter of my own I would wish she could be as loving, intelligent and beautiful as Kylie is.
Dear Kylie,
I am happy that I can be here for you. Anytime you need me, I am here and I will not turn you away. You have brought so much joy to my own life.
Please know that God has brought us together so needs could be met. I am the one who is blessed by having you in my life.
For those who would like to read the poem Kylie wrote for me I have posted it again. All glory to God, He used her to touch my heart. I hope that you will be blessed by Kylie's poems the way I have.
A strong willed woman,
A beautiful soul,
With a gentle smile,
And a heart of gold.
A beautiful soul,
Learns from mistakes,
To satisfy her family,
She does whatever it takes.
A warming presence,
With an angel's face,
A book of advice,
And a healing embrace.
A loving mother,
With a heart of gold,
A gentle smile,
And a beautiful soul.
This poem I dedicate to Michelle Mackin, a fellow writer of Search Warp. She is just an amazing, beautiful woman. She speaks her mind and doesn't care what others think.
I am so lucky to have her in my life, she is like a mother to me in many ways. Not having a mother growing up, I feel blessed to have met her. She is always there for me when I need her. I know I will always have someone to go to when I feel the world is ending. She can always make things better.
She is such a wonderful mother. She deserves the best that anyone has to offer.
